Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign in with Google or Microsoft, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from the identity provider. We never see or store a password.

Calendar data. With your explicit consent, we read your calendar through the Google Calendar API or Microsoft Graph: event titles, descriptions and agendas, dates and times, attendee names and email addresses, recurrence, and response status. If you use scheduling suggestions, we also check the free/busy availability of attendees you already meet with. If you approve a change (for example an agenda or a reschedule), we write that change back to your calendar — only ever at your direction.

Organization data. If a workspace administrator chooses to import their organization, we read user and group names and email addresses from the Google Workspace Admin directory or Microsoft Entra directory. This is read-only and happens only in that admin-initiated flow.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we store only your subscription status and plan.

Usage and technical data. Standard logs and product analytics (pages viewed, features used, device/browser info) so we can keep the service reliable and improve it.

• Score your meetings and calendar health, and show you trends.
• Generate suggestions — agendas, conflict resolutions, reschedule options, and coaching from Alex.
• Check attendee availability so a suggested time actually works for the group.
• Send the emails you've opted into (like calendar hygiene digests).
• Operate billing, support, and security.

Some features send calendar-derived text (like event titles or agenda drafts) to our AI provider to generate suggestions. Our agreements with providers prohibit them from using your data to train their models.

Meeting Score's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Concretely: we use Google Calendar data only to provide the features you see in the product (scoring, suggestions, write-backs you approve, and availability checks). We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it except to subprocessors that help us run the service, when required by law, or as part of the features described here. Humans at Meeting Score do not read your calendar data except with your permission (for example, in a support case), for security purposes, or where required by law.

The same commitments apply to Microsoft calendar and directory data.

Meeting Score runs on Microsoft Azure in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. The OAuth tokens that let us read your calendar are additionally encrypted with keys held in Azure Key Vault. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run Meeting Score — Microsoft Azure (hosting), Auth0 (sign-in), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), and our AI provider (suggestion generation) — each bound by their own data protection obligations, and otherwise only if required by law or as part of a business transfer.

If you're part of a team workspace, your meeting scores and calendar statistics may be visible to your organization's administrators according to your organization's settings.

You can disconnect a calendar at any time in Settings → Calendar sync; we stop syncing immediately and delete the connection's tokens. You can also revoke Meeting Score's access from your Google Account permissions or Microsoft account permissions. To delete your account and its data, email hello@meetingscore.com and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain records (like billing).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll honor applicable requests.

If we make material changes, we'll update this page and note the new date at the top. Continued use of Meeting Score after a change means you accept the updated policy.
